Recommendation For Server Mirroring Software

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good software/hardware which will allow me to continuosly mirror one server to another. The solution will need to mirror complete system state etc etc so that if one fails the other can take over instantly.

Any ideas will be appreciated.
