recommend a good book?

I recently purchased a Catalyst 1912-EN and a Catalyst C2912-XL so that I can learn to use them. They both run the Catalyst OS. Can anybody recommend a good book to learn how to use these switches?

At which Catalyst models did Cisco stop using the Cat OS for the IOS? Can I install the regular IOS on these switches if I wanted to?
