I am located in Western Pennsylvania and I am looking for recommendations for a Checkpoint vendor. I currently have my support subscription with Checkpoint and I was using a local certified firm for major changes, but their services are no longer available. So - - I am trying to figure out what to do about support. Specifically I am working on my disaster plan and wanted to find a vendor I KNEW would respond in an emergency. We run a little lean on IT so we need to outsource this work. I am ok with vendors anywhere in the Northeast - - I just would like some recommendations. thank you

We use Akibia located here in Massachusetts. I've gone through 3 other vendors in the last 5 years and they are the best so far. The company seems stable and the support is excellent.
