Recommend a book

The book "MegaFox: 1002 Things You Wanted to Know About Extending Visual FoxPro" claims to cover PDF; however, I am only interested in concatenating Ghostscript. Straight forward printing in both Adobe and Ghostscript and concatenating in Adobe are all easy and I don't need a book for these. I do need a book for concatenating Ghostscript in VFP. Has anyone purchased the above book that they can tell me if it covers concatenating Ghostscript? Thanks
