Recipient policy

I created a Recipient policy to delete calendars, sent items for a storage group ect... but it doesn't seem to be running right. I have a user that not any deleted items were deleted at all and for others only some deleted items were deleted. Is the ESM Recipient policy a piece a crap or am I missing some thing.

That's way too vague for us to answer (although the ESM isn't a piece of crap). Have you confirmed that the policy covers the user who didn't have things deleted?

Yes I have confirmed that the user was in the policy that his deleted items were not purged.
