Hello everyone, I have a question and it may be that I'm doing something wrong here. I have IHATESpam server edition for my SPAM needs and right now what it does is sends SPAM messages to the users mailbox into a folder called SPAM. SO a typical users' mailbox looks like so;
- deleted items
- inbox
- sent items
- SPAM
(and all the other default folders)
I have set up a recipient rule for anyone ending with (.com), delete all message over 14 days in the folder SPAM. However, it's not working right. Is there a different way I have to name the folder SPAM in the policy? Like username\SPAM or something? Please let me know, thanks!!
