Hi all,
We have our recipient limits set at 350, but when a user sends to more than that number they don't receive an undeliverable message as they are supposed to. Their message just sits in Sent Items (it doesn't get sent) and there is no indication that the message has not been sent at all.
Can anyone tell me how to get the undeliverable message working?
