I have a 302A Receptionist Console. They are requesting the ability to answer and transfer calls while away from the desk with a wireless headset and dialpad. Some options I've seen are actual wireless telephones and a bridged appearance from the receptionist phone to the second line with the wireless phone. This is a very busy switch so ideally the headset or second phone would need the ability to answer multiple phone lines.

Thanks for any recommendations!

Hi
I would recommend to use a redirect to DECT or mobile phone pressing a button if receptionist is leaving her desk. I am not aware about any headset with dialer which has Avaya Console call control functions. If you use for example "Night" button to redirect incoming calls on GSM mobile phone, with an Avaya one-x mobile client they can transfer the calls.
Regards,
