I also upgraded the voicemail pro windows server to 10.1 as well and users are still getting requested to enter a new 6 digit password, why is this as I shut that rule off but an error says that it needs this. If so why do they allow us to untick it? Is their a procedure that I am missing here to keep it the old way as my customer is requesting this, any help would be most appreciated.

I had the same issue today when complexity was turned off.
Turned it on (then it goes back to 6 digits) set it to 4 digits and merged it OK

Your customer can request whatever he/she wants, this is the new way of working thanks to all kind of morons and criminals abusing the system.
