Receiving mail from another domain

Hello all,

We recently aquired another company and I was curious to see what steps I need to take to get mail sent to their domain to our exchange server:

So far I know I know I need to change their mx record to be changed to point to ours.

I need to create a recipient policy that will have that domain in it and apply it to the users who need it.

Anything else?

with the help of this you can rec.the mails from any organization.
