Receiving Distribution List email late

Hello,

I have a user who is a member of a DL, along with 30 odd others in his office. When email is sent to this DL this user gets the email 30 - 60 minutes later than everyone else. He's using Outlook 2000 on a normal workstation. We're running Exchange 5.5 SP3 on NT4SP6.
