Hi all,

I have a win2003 server, and only access it remotly using WinVNC. I don't have a monitor attached and wanted to remove the mouse and keyboard as well but I don't know how to stop being prompted for them when they're not accatched and I reboot.

Does anyone know how I can get round this?

Plug them into a KVM switch which will provide the null feedback needed for a safe reboot.

Question though is why are you usign VNC and not Terminal Services in Admin Mode?

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

Modern server hardware normally has settings in the BIOS for this
