I don't know that there is a recommended reboot schedule for these. Audix and CMS would be once every month or two.
The linux CM platforms are so stable that I have seen them run without issues for over 4 years without a reboot.
A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
