Reansfering elements from Mac based Avid Xpress to 1.5

I am doing a project where I am taking over a project from another editor that built show openings and other graphics on a Mac Based Avid Express. What is the best way to get them into 1.5 so they are usable and I can cross dissolve and integrate them amongst new clips? Any assistance and expertise in this area would be great. Thank you for your time.
