Realtime information from CMS

Hi @ all

Does anyone know how to connect to CMS in order to retrieve agent skills and levels, vdns and queue stats in realtime?

The issue is to provide agent popup screens with actual skills and waiting calls in his queues...

Is there something like an API or a interface? So I can develop some interface and play with this information?
I red something about clintSVR does anyone already use it?
If Yes, is there docu available?

You can use VuStats from the PBX to put that information on the Agent's phone.

My Supervisors use real time reports in CMS. They run a real time split skill report. The report shows agent agent state calls in queue ETC. Look at real time reports in CMS reduce the "refresh every" filed to the lowest value.


Worth A test.

You need RT Socket - stay away from clint if you are not absolutely sure how it works (I once crashed my server playing around with it...)
