CR 7 here...
I have 3 separate prompts for which Crystal uses a box with 3 tabs. On the other hand, I don't have much background in VB and very little time. No...I am not asking for someone's sample code.

Has anyone come up with an alternative to the REALLY ugly CR parameter box and no VB?

Thanks,
Sam

It's not clear what exactly you want to change in the functionality of the existing prompts. If you are looking for a way to have Dynamic parameters (along with the ability to design the layout of how the values are presented to the user), have a look at my DataLink Viewer utility:

Cheers,

view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Actually, I am looking more for a workaround to the existing functionality. Since the user is being prompted for 3 values (2 date ranges and yes/no radio buttons), that creates 3 tabs for the Crystal parameter box. UGLY...really ugly.
And, of all the threads I've read here, it seems that everyone has resorted to VB to create a front-end (form) but nothing else.
Thanks,
Sam

In CR 8.0 and later the multi-tab approach has been removed.
