Does anyone know of a page that will tell you how to read Network Monitor and how you can use it to troublshoot and find out what your network bandwidth is like??

If I run mine, at the end of the Day and check the bandwidth, there are times that it has almost been maxed out.

For Netmon you could try the book, "Network Monitoring and Analysis" by Ed Wilson. ISBN 0-13-026495-4. It's an excellent netmon resource.

If all you want to know is the network utilization on a given segment, use the perfmon network counters.

Thats something else I could use some info on and how to use is the Performance Network Counters. I don't really understand them or how to use them to get what I want out of it.

Thanks for the book suggestion though.

You'll find that you should set benchmarks and compare against them. There are certain "expected" ranges, different counters should be in, if not, you may have a problem...etc...

Try...
Windows 2000 Performance Guide
by Mark Friedman, Odysseas Pentakalos
O'Reilly & Associates; 1st edition (January 2002)
ISBN: 1565924665

Tuning and Sizing Windows 2000 for Maximum Performance
by Curt Aubley (Author) Prentice Hall PTR; 1 edition (December 20, 2000)
ISBN: 0130891053

Hope this helps, I've only actually used the 2K Perf Guide, the second one comes second hand recommended
