Reading BFILE

Hi,

I have a problem whereby i want to get a Bfile (word, excel, pdf etc) stored in an oracle database and show it on the screen. Could someone pl help me in this regard.

It would be easier to store the file on a file system and then store the path to the file in the database. This will also speed up the retrieval of the document.
