How do I make a report Read Only?
 
Crystal doesn't really allow for this unless you have Crystal Enterprise, in which case there's the secure Report command.

You can use Windows Explorer (or even in the File Open in Crystal) to set the read only attribute for the file:

Right click the File->Properties->Read Only
