Read Only Problem

Hello,

I created a document in word 97 , and then saved it as a template. Everything used to work fine, until I got upgraded to WordXP and know I can't get into the visual basic editor to modify my code, and keeps on saying Read Only.

In word 97, I used to right click on the file and then press down the SHIFT and click on Open and it worked fine.

Does anyone know how to get back into the visual Basic Editor.
