Read only access to 35xx config

Dear all,

This is probably a very easy question so feel free to laugh but I'm new to Cisco and can't find the answer.

I'd like to setup a "read-only" account on a 3548 cisco switch and a 6509 box so that a certain meddlesome manager of mine can see all the config but change absoloutely none. Can anyone tell me how this is done please ?
