I have a user whose read emails show initially with the open envelope to look read but when they open outlook again they revert to a closed envelope. I've tried looking through the options to see if anything is amiss. The other tab in tools, options shows under preview pane mark selection as read when selection changes.
I've even tried recreating her profile as she had another problem with attachments not opening. It has fixed that but still the initial problem of the closed envelope. Any ideas?
