Hello I am trying to read emails from MSOutlook and parts of the letter have to be saved in a Access 2000. Our internal letters between our Programmers and Testers have to be saved and have to be able to be seen in a formular. I have tried a couple things but have not had any luck. I have found a way to read the things that I need but I am not able to save them in Access. Can anyone help me ??
Thank you for your time.

Hi Mark,

Not sure exactly where your problem is, how are you reading the bits you need if you're then unable to save them?
I store requests from our Intranet site, which come in a structured format, all I do is have a link to the appropriate mailbox & then get the info I need out with a query. Might this work for your case?

Sharon, Thanks for the tip I did not think about searching the mails threw a query.
All of our mails are saved in a Mail file. The problem is that the testing office wants to have the mails sent to and from our programmers saved seperatly. They want a formular which lists all transactions so that they can read threw the list and pickout and read any mail needed, and this is all suspose to happen automatically.
I'll try useing a query and see if I can do something that way.
Thanks and Have a nice day
Mark
