Does anybody know how to read data coming from a USB port? I don't care about controlling the device or anything I just want to passively listen.

It's an ATI Remote Wonder that came bundled with some other hardware and I don't have any use for it. I'd like to use it for other functions. If I have to manually map the data to which button generates it, that's fine, I just need to figure out how to read input from a given USB port.

Thanks!

Have you had a look on ATI's site? They may well have documentation for developers somewhere, and if they do it will probably have some sample code. I have an nVidia-based card from MSI that has a non-USB input for a remote control and they have developer docs for it on their web site, complete with sample code.

The .net framework 2.0 will supposedly have a way to read from USB devices. The feature may not make it into production (it is just a beta, after all), but it might be worth taking a look at it.
