Read a value from Registry

Sometime ago I came across Dev Ashish & Terry Kreft's code on reading values from the registry. (

This code is written for VB6.

I am now trying to learn .net 2005 and have converted some of the code but not all. Has there been a conversion of the code to .net 2005?
