Hi Everyone,

I'm using SQL 6.5 and needed to add locks. Once I added lock a messages came up to reboot the server. I rebooted the server and am now unable to connect to the server. The error message I receive is it is out of memory for Kernal Locks. Can someone let me know how I can undo the locks I added or how to troublshoot this?

Thanks for your help.
Cathy

Look in BOL under the topic:

"Starting SQL Server with Minimal Configuration"

This should help you get your SQL Server running again.

Rick.

Thanks. I was able to get it back up and running.
