We collect mail for our domain using exchange 2000, which works fine. however, we also collect mail via smtp for one of our customers, and when we were using exchange 5.5 we could redirect all the mail coming in for that particular domain to another domain name, this was possible through the routing tab in the IMS.

I'm not sure how to accomplish this using exchange 2000 though, has anybody got any ideas please??

You need to configure an SMTP connector. In ESM, go to Administrative Groups\Routing Groups\First Routing Group\Connectors and start from there.
