re: reverse wire payment

Is it possible to reverse a wire payment in a payment batch that has already been posted? Would appreciate if someone can give info on how this can be done.

Yes... go to bank services and reverse the payment.

I've tried this already but for some reason I cannot see wire payments in the bank services, only our cheque payments. Why could this be?
