This is my friend PC and he purchase Win XP pro/Ms Office Pro and register it over the phone. Now he wanted to format the HDD and reinstall XP pro because of a bad sector. What are the files to back up and procedures to follow so that he doesn't have to re-register all over again. Thanks.
