Hello all,
I tried using the code in the faq 222-75, it's supposed to reboot or shut down an nt machine. I keep getting errors pertaining to the public / private module types. I am not sure where to place this code so that it will work.
I am trying to create an EXE file that will shut my win2k machine down from the task scheduler. After finding the faq I thought it would be relatively simple, I Don't know what I was thinking (laughing @ self).
I just need it to do a graceful shutdown. (ie) as if I had clicked start --> shutdown --> shutdown. inveriably I fall asleep and forget to shut my system down.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
