John I checked the TN's. The first 2 do not exist and the third is the TN of the phone with the trouble.

004 0 01 03,024 1 01 08,020 0 09 03..those are the three tn's mentioned in the alarm, i would look at those three to see if one of them was causing the problem.. might have been a conf or transfer that was not comp. could be a bad station giving bad commands from water damage etc.. the nortel codes are so CLEAR...

didn't know if you had used the conv command in load 32 before, so i did a quick conversion to back track to the tn's..i hate codes that i can't clear

btw.. a set or port going bad will often try to layer 2 to to a tn that is not built of worse out of range
