RDP will not work on XP Pro

I have a 2 station p2p network. I have an Actiontec 1524 dsl router. I have forwarded port 3389 tcp and udp on the router to the correct internal ip. I have set the xp box to allow remote connections. PC Anywhere is working through 5631/5632, but I cannot get the RDP to work. This box is running SP2, but the firewall is turned off. Does anyone have any ideas on what to do to make this work?
