Hey Eveyone,

I'm using VB as front-end tool & SQL Server7 in my project. While connecting to the SQL Server,I found two options. You can use RDO resultset or ADODB record set. Which will be best suit for SQL Server to access data faster.

Thanks
Manoj

In my experience I have found ADO easier to program and I understand it should be faster (although I have never proved the difference myself). I also beelive RDO is being phased out in favour of ado and thus ado should be more future proofed

hope this helps
