RDNS failed when using BLAT

I run an organization where customer emails are extremely time sensitive and important in nature. Currently our exchange server is sending emails to all domains. however when I use our customer email server to relay through our exchange server I get the following headers and our mail is trashed into spam filters and or blocked. I need a pointer or two.
