rcmd into exchange

Has anyone ever used rcmd command to remote logon to exchange 5.5 server. I am looking for where to get rcmd and do not know if anyone is familiar with this and where to get it please let me know. Sorry I know it is not directly exchange 5.5 but thought someone might have used it before
