Is there any reason that two 7.0 Legends networked together can't use RFC from side B to an outbound trunk on side A?

The problem maybe in the way the RCF is being set up. Is the Extension wanting to do this set for RCF? Is the user pressing # (Pound) at the end of the dialing sequence?
