RBL rejection logging

I want to implement an RBL, but I am completely uncomfortable with not knowing what e-mails are rejected based on the RBL. Unfortunately I do have instances where clients have been blacklisted and I need thier e-mail. I understand that I can make thier IP an exception, but I do not want to rely on them telling me they are getting rejections. How can I log everytime a message is rejected based on a RBL? I have increased my SMTP protocol logging to medium, will this log these events?
