Is the only way to accomplish this is thru Call Accounting? We do have a Witness Logger, but I dont think it will tell who called what locations correct? Any other ideas besides Call Accounting & the CO?
is it possible to get the call by call transactional data for a day? Essentially, what we are looking for is to find out how much dialing is done between our 4 sales floor. In other words, how many times WBL sales reps called St.Paul Sales reps, etc. As far as I know, I don’t have that ability in CMS Supervisor, but I would imagine the raw data would carry that information somewhere, even if takes a little work on my part to sort through it all.
