Is the only way to accomplish this is thru Call Accounting? We do have a Witness Logger, but I dont think it will tell who called what locations correct? Any other ideas besides Call Accounting & the CO?

is it possible to get the call by call transactional data for a day? Essentially, what we are looking for is to find out how much dialing is done between our 4 sales floor. In other words, how many times WBL sales reps called St.Paul Sales reps, etc. As far as I know, I don’t have that ability in CMS Supervisor, but I would imagine the raw data would carry that information somewhere, even if takes a little work on my part to sort through it all.
 
If you look in the FAQ section above, you will find several post on capturing CDR information. Also do a search above on CDR, and you will find even more.

The raw data is just that. VERY raw. But a few of the others have figured out ways to make it a little bit easier. That is if you don't have a CAS.

If you have to do this very often, i would recommend that you look into MicroCall call accounting software. Affordable and great technical support. Would save you lots of time and would pay for itself in a short period of time.
