RAS Nightmare cannot access my ISP

I have had this problem with two NT Workstations installations. Both times I ended up deleting all network protcols; all network services and DUN. I then reinstalling the ones I wanted and the problem was gone.<br>

Since the last time, I have been trying to reconstruct what happened. I think in both cases, NT did not load the DHCP client that was needed to connect to the ISP
