RAS Dialup Connection

HI
Ive just setup a dialup connection..for remote users to access the Office Server through 2003 Server...
The users can get a connection and logon to the network and they can then ping the server once connected...
but are unable to browse the network or map a network drive
when they try to map a drive they get an error message saying "Permanent Connection Unavailable"

Any Help would be Great...
