Can someone help me with writing a script that calls up a random site either from a list in the code or a database?

What I am trying to do is have mirror sites set up for a site that utilizes quite a bit of bandwidth. I want to set a link on a page that when clicked selects a random mirror site to pull the file that causes this bandwidth issue.

I plan to have about 100 mirror sites set up for this in the next few weeks and need a simple way to add a site as a mirror (typing it in is nto tough) and randomly call a site up on clicking the link!

Thank you
