Random Record Query

Hi,
I'm trying to create a query which returns the records in a random order every time the query is run. Any way to do this or any ideas? Thanks in advance??

One way to do it may be to use the rnd (random) function on a numerical field as the sort criteria

e.g. select * from yourtable
order by rnd(anumericalfield)
