Random Query - Repeats Names

I run a random query to select ten names from an Access table. If I run the list of ten names, shut down the program, then reopen the program and run another list, I get the exact names. I know this has something to do do with the seeding. The questions is how do I prevent this because the user has no confidence in the randomness with this occuring.
Anyone have experience with random samples?

Try an advanced search in this forum with keywords 'random'. A Subject Line search should be sufficient.
