Random Pick

I was wondering if someone can tell me the possibility of this. I would like to create a form that would randomly pick a person from a table. So if i have a basic table with say 30 names in it, i want to be able to create a form where there is a field and a button, when the button is pressed i would like it to choose at random and populate the field with one of the names from the table. Is this possible to do in access? any help is appreciated.
