Random Outlook 2002 Crashes

Seems my outlook tends to crash from time to time, even while Im not doing anything on my computer. Just when it starts to check my email it gives me an error and then shuts down and restarts.

Anyone know a cause for this? Not a huge issue but just curious as to why it would do this
