Our admin keeps complaining that once in a while when she dials a number, she gets "disconnected" and the call doesnt go through.

I finally had logging enabled when she said this happened, here are the results

I see where it says "Cause=17, User busy" does this just mean the line she called was busy? She doesnt get a busy signal just disconnected.

any help is appreciated

Yes the other party was busy, there has been a issue in some releases not presenting busy tone when calling a busy number.
Upgrade to the latest maintenance release of the software version you are using on IP Office.

i didnt have local busy tone enabled.

i am running the latest release.

thanks

setting an extn to "off hook extn" for headset working will also suppress the Busy tone when calling a busy destination.
