Random Conferencing??

All,

I have a report from a site with a G3si CM2.2 that when the receptionist places callers on hold, after about 30 seconds the callers are conferenced together. I don't even know how this would be possible, but I wanted to make sure that I covered all of my bases of possibilities. Has anyone out there ever seen this? Thanks

I had an agent spill a coke all over a call master IV... a day later similar issues occurred... Swapped the phone ... all resolved. Sticky buttons etc...

Swapping the phone is worth a shot...
