WE LOST PROGRAMMING ON THE INTERALIA FOR AN ACD APPLICATION. NOW WHEN THE SCHEDULERS ARE BUSY, THE CALLER KEEPS RINGING THEN EVENTUALLY HANGS UP, THINKING THEY GOT LOST. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH RAN TO PROGRAM TO OUR APPLICATION?

If you don't have it documented your going to have to pull the jumper from the Ran Trunk TN and see what interaila and channel it goes to, then your going to have to rerecord the message. I suspect you lost power and the battery in the interaila is shot.
