ran a defrag, now default settings are gone!

greetings all-

i ran a defrag on a client pc, now all of her default settings in wordperfect are completely gone. it's the newest version of wordperfect from the wordperfect suite.

i know it's a weird one, any suggestions would be greatly apprciated. honestly, only a defrag was run. no other programs on the pc were changed.

I don't think that is possible.
What defaults are you speaking of?.....file locations?.....fonts?
