Hi!! it´s me again. now with memory issues :p
i wanted to know what are the best manufacturers of ram, the ones i can trust. i know that kingston is one of them, but i would like to have some other choices in case i have to select different vendors and prices
the most important thing to me is quality vs price. i want a good product, but not extremely expensive.
i am looking for memory to use with an athlon xp (barton) and the type DDR 400 mhz
btw i have this rule : i rather have 256 mb of good quality ram than 512 of crappy one
thanks a lot!!

Hi there, I use INFINEON and am quite pleased with the results... they tend to be cheaper than Kingston or Corsair (over here in Europe)...

if you're into overclocking the system, then I would recommend either Corsair, Twinmos, or Kingston...

Obviously avoid brands that say generic or house brand.

I'd recommend Micron (which is what Crucial uses), Kingston, or Corsair.
